Pepper Description:

A rare and striking hybrid, the Purple Ghost Scorpion pepper is a cross between the Purple Ghost and the Trinidad Butch T Scorpion that is rapidly becoming a favorite among chili enthusiasts. Reaching a formidable heat level of 600,000 to 800,000 SHUs, this variety is as visually stunning as it is spicy, featuring dark ornamental foliage and pods that reveal a unique creamy red interior with purple streaking. The plants are exceptionally prolific, typically growing to about four feet tall and producing an abundance of fruit. Flavor-wise, it mirrors the Ghost pepper’s signature fruity sweetness before the intense heat takes hold, making it an impeccable choice for craft hot sauces, vibrant salsas, or high-quality dried chili powders.
