A great multipurpose corn. Known for it's use in the Atole Dulce drink, we've found that this makes a beautiful light pink masa that lends well to tamales and tortillas.

For us in Pennsylvania, this corn is about 120 days to maturity.

These seeds come directly from our small farm here in Fallsington, PA. This particular variety is grown at our corn plots in Bedford County to ensure isolation.
