Pepper Description:

Its been described as the foie gras of the pepper world. This amazing pepper comes from the same area in Spain Navarre, as the Piquillo pepper. Exceedingly rare and very delicate. When roasted, the paper thin flesh is scraped off with a knife. Add a touch of sea salt and olive oil and youll be in heaven. Smokey with a buttery texture.

Unlike others, we do not buy seeds from outside sources. Our plants are hand grown with tender loving care. Your purchase helps us to continue our quest to organically produce premium seeds here on our farm.
