Hard to find, mostly because the more famous of the Szechuan peppers is a shrub in the citrus family. Nevertheless, these are the chili peppers grown in the spicy loving Szechuan province! We have made many chili oils using this pepper with Szechuan peppercorns! Feel free to email us for the recipe, it's absolutely fantastic dabbed onto rice dishes for that spicy kick.

Unlike others, we do not buy seeds from outside sources. Our plants are hand grown with tender loving care. Your purchase helps us to continue our quest to organically produce premium seeds here on our farm.
